REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:
1. Fully complete application to play. All information must be included.
2. Payment of all applicable fees.
3. Valid birth certificate.
4. Proof of residence within District boundaries.

TO COMPLY WITH LITTLE LEAGUE REGULATION AS A PROOF OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE MUST BE KEPT ON FILE.

FEES:
T-ball and Rookies: $65.00 (55.00 for each additional child from Same family.)
Minors/Majors/Juniors: $85.00 (75.00 for each additional child from Seniors Same family.)
$20.00 Workday fee per family. Refundable if you show up on workday.

NVLL Snack Bar buy out $10.00 per child @ Registration
make separate check payable to north valley little league Snack Bar.
